Who operates this website

This website is operated by CINNABYTE. For privacy questions or requests about your information, contact privacy@cinnabyte.com.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type, approximate budget, and project details. We use these details only to review and respond to your project inquiry. Please don't include passwords, API keys, or sensitive customer records.

How inquiries are delivered

Inquiries are sent by email through Resend to our business inbox and, when configured, copied to a Google Sheet and our team's Discord channel for review. These copies include your name, email address, project type, budget, and project details. If the email can't be sent, the form shows an error instead of a confirmation. We don't log the contents of your message.

Cloudflare, Resend, Google, and Discord may process your information on servers outside your country.

Website operation

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes request information, such as your IP address, to operate and protect the service. To limit repeated inquiries, we use a hashed version of your IP address with Cloudflare's rate-limiting service. The rate-limit key does not contain your message.

Preferences and analytics

Your theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear it through your browser settings. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

How long we keep inquiries

If your inquiry doesn't lead to a project, we delete it from our inbox, inquiry sheet, and Discord channel within 12 months of our last contact. If it does, we keep related records for the length of the engagement and afterward for as long as accounting, tax, or legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or object to how it's used, by contacting privacy@cinnabyte.com. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
